To retain the brilliance of gemstones and metal, we encourage you to bring your jewelry to Sid Potts, Inc. for complimentary cleaning and inspection at least once a year so that we can make recommendations to bring your jewelry to its original beauty.

We recommend you have your pearl jewelry checked at least once a year. It is time to restring your pearls when individual pearls can move between the knots. We offer inspection and cleaning of your pearls. If the strand needs to be restrung, we will give you an estimate.

At Sid Potts, we have access to the best watchmakers in the business. Whatever your timepiece, you can be confident your watch will be repaired to the highest standard.

Sometimes our clients want a larger diamond engagement ring or diamond studs. We offer a trade-up program where we will give you a credit for your diamonds for 100% of the purchase price towards another diamond of at least double the value. This policy applies to diamonds purchased from Sid Potts. The diamonds must be in original condition and accompanied by the original diamond grading reports. If you want to upgrade diamonds not purchased at Sid Potts, we will examine your diamonds and make an offer based the condition of the diamond and the current market.

We provide complimentary evaluations of your old, broken or unwanted jewelry. We buy, gold, and platinum jewelry, watches and diamonds of ½ carat and larger. We will provide you with an offer for the items we would like to purchase within 24 hours. If you accept the offer, we can write you a check or provide a store credit for a new jewelry purchase.

We offer shipping of your purchases anywhere. We use FedEx and United States Postal Service depending on the weight and value of your package. Shipping costs will be determined on these factors as well as the shipping method. Please note Sid Potts requires an adult signature on all packages.
